Yes, we provide intensive therapy services and consultations for parents, including those with biological, adoptive, or foster children, focusing on attachment and relational difficulties.

Beyond psychotherapy, we also offer other healing-based services like yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, and wellness retreats, supporting a holistic approach to mental health and well-being.

Our outdoor therapy is rooted in Ecopsychology theory, incorporating activities like walk and talks, playing games outdoors, or connecting with nature mindfully to help reduce stress and improve mental health outcomes.

We combine evidence-based therapy techniques with a personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities that are aimed at providing effective and compassionate care.

We are an “insurance friendly” practice! While we are considered out-of-network providers, we have partnered with a company called Mentaya to allow you to check your out of network benefits on our website (see below). Mentaya will even submit your invoices for you for reimbursement.

Our intake and individual therapy fees are based on those other clinicians in the area typically charge. If needed, we will provide you with a monthly invoice containing all of the information necessary for you, or Mentaya, to submit to your insurance company.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider or using our benefits checker prior to attending your first session with us to see what your deductible may be and what coverage you have. Most people are able to receive reimbursement for a portion of the cost of our services. You may also want to check if there is a maximum allotted number of sessions as part of your plan. When you call your insurance company to ask about reimbursement, let them know the codes we most commonly use are the following: Intake (CPT Code 90791) and Individual Therapy (CPT Code 90834).
